Yupeng Liu, Assistant Professor

Dr. Yupeng Liu is an Assistant Research Professor in the Resources and Urban Sustainability (RUS) group at the Institute of Urban Environment (IUE), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).Before joining CAS, he was working at the Center for Human-Environment System Sustainability (CHESS), State Key Laboratory of Earth Surface Processes and Resource Ecology (ESPRE), Faculty of Geographical Science, Beijing Normal University for three years as a postdoc. His studies focus on industrial ecology, urban ecology, and landscape ecology. His research develops bottom-up and spatial explicit models to assess stocks and flows in urban constructions now.
